How do satellites communicates ?
Satellites communicates by using radio waves to send signals to the antennas on the Earth. The antennas then capture those signals and process the information coming from those signals.
In the radio communication , radio waves are building blocks of the radio communication. Radio waves like waves on a pond, radio wave is a regular pattern of peak and valleys. The entire pattern of a wave repeat at interval time and before repeat itself is called cycle.
World's first Satellite
On October 4, 1957 when was the world first Satellite successfully launched by the Soviet Union Sputnik I. The world's first artificial satellite was about the size of a beach ball 58 cm.or 22.8 inches in diameter, weighed only 83.6 kg or 183.9 pounds and took about 98 minutes to orbit the Earth on its Elliptical path.
India's first Satellite , the Aryabhatta was launched by the again by Soviet Union on 19 April 1975 from Kapustin Yar using a Cosmos-3M launch vehicle .
